When we started the year, it seems that the class is confident to start their new year with new resolutions.Students are burning and raring to go and ready to thread through the waves of test papers, textbooks, 10 years series and various academic works.
Oh dear.
Its so soon to see such resolutions start to be unfulfilled.
Oh dear.
Its so soon to see those 'flames' that looked like guiding torches start to diminished.
Oh dear.
Its so soon to some sec 5A students with "I don't know....I don't study" on their history test papers....
Is the topic is difficult?
Are sec 5A students don't have the intelligence to answer history questions about Japanese Foreign Policy?
The answer is NO.....
Most of them are not focus....despite of having to know that....50% of sec5NA students may not make it to Poly or attain 5 O-levels.
Most of them are not gearing up for their O levels yet and still sleeping and hoping that the magic that they have done in N levels will revive and salvage them from failure in O level.
Verily....dreams will be fulfilled when one plan and work towards it....
dreams will just be like building sandcastles in the air when one plan and does not work towards it....
So wake up and persevere....
History is not difficult to pass....so does the other subjects....
but just passing the subjects wont get into your dreams....that is Polytechnic....
